Your backroom should work
as hard as your storefront.

WHERE PROFIT DISAPPEARS

Backroom Chaos

  • Uncredited vendor damage
  • Disorganized receiving rooms
  • Inaccurate POS stock
  • Burnt-out managers

THE WITB SYSTEM

The WITB System

  • 30-Day Physical Turnaround
  • Mobile app inventory tracking
  • Custom web/app portal
  • Monthly physical audits
01 / IN PERSON

Physical audits

Check what’s really happening in the stockroom, with a person on the floor.

02 / AT THE DOOR

Mobile app tracking

Scan the receipt in the mobile app and upload it to inventory. Send photos of damaged or expired goods right away to help speed up returns.

03 / IN YOUR RECORDS

POS sync

Keep receiving records connected to your compatible point-of-sale system.

04 / LESS PAPERWORK

Receipt parsing

Turn scanned receipts and invoices into usable records with automated text recognition.

02 / YOUR STORE’S TURNAROUND

Find the trouble.
Build a better operation.

We work alongside you and your team—from the first backroom walk-through to the day you’re ready to run the new system with confidence.

  1. 01

    Assess the situation

Walk the store, watch receiving in action, and listen to your team. Find where stock, time, and money are slipping away.

  2. 02

    Manage inventory & audit monthly

Count stock, reconcile records, and organize the backroom. Use the mobile app to scan receipts, upload to inventory, and send photos of damaged or expired goods for faster returns. Monthly in-store audits check progress, vendor credits, and procedures, with a profit recovery report to guide corrections.

  3. 03

    Update your online presence

Build a new website or refresh what you already have. Keep your business visible with fresh content and ongoing updates that give customers a reason to return—and help more people discover what you offer.

Website and content services are quoted separately.

  4. 04

    Train the staff

Practice real deliveries together. Teach your team to scan receipts, update inventory, and immediately send photos of damaged or expired goods, with clear responsibilities for follow-up.

  5. 05

    Graduate with confidence

Your team demonstrates the new routine. We review the handoff together. Once your team is ready to run the operation, your service moves to $100 per month for Utility Engine maintenance.

Graduation means your team can run the system. Hands-on improvement gives way to a lower monthly maintenance fee.

03 / SUPPORT THAT CHANGES WITH YOUR STORE

YOUR RECORDS. EASY TO REACH.

A clear view of
your backroom.

WITB Systems LLC centrally hosts the service in Google Workspace, giving store owners and partners access to the tools and records they need.

Who can see or update the portal?

Store owners and partners receive Viewer or Editor access based on their role and the records they need to work with.

How do the three service stages work?

Your $600–$1,500 startup fee covers the first two months. From month three, continued hands-on improvement costs $300–$450 per month until graduation, including monthly in-store audits, profit recovery reports, and staff support. After graduation, the fee drops to $100 per month for platform maintenance, app access, and existing workflows.

How do we know when we’ve graduated?

We review readiness together: your team can follow the receiving routine, maintain inventory records, and report damaged or expired goods using the mobile app. Timing depends on your store’s progress; graduation moves you to the maintenance phase.

Can you build or manage our website too?

Yes. New website builds and ongoing website help are available as separately quoted services. Tell us about your business and what you need online.

What happens if I cancel?

Access to WITB’s custom forms, app interface, and automated workflows is revoked. Your raw inventory data is exported as a CSV file so you retain a copy of your records.

What does WITB stand for?

Pronounced “Wit-B,” the name refers to “What’s in the box?” We help you answer that question—and keep your inventory records in step with what’s actually on the shelf.
